ARMOR EXPRESS ANNOUNCES KEY MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS
Central Lake, MI, 12/2007 - Heading into the New Year, Armor Express announces two key management
appointments. Steve Baker has accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer and Mary Spence has been promoted
from customer service representative to Customer Service Manager.
The addition of Steve Baker will position the Armor Express team to continue their incredible growth curve. Mr.
Baker brings a very diverse background in finance, banking, management, and sales to the Armor Express team. He
has spent the last 20 years in law enforcement products distribution with Galls and Second Chance Body Armor. Mr.
Baker will be overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing and manufacturing. According to Matt Davis, Armor Express
President and CEO, "the Armor Express team has worked very hard the last two years and as a result we've seen
tremendous growth. We've come to a point where we need additional support at the management level and Steve's
wealth of experience and character will allow this company to continue its positive track record. We are very happy
to have Steve on-board; we could not have found a person better suited for this position."
Through the promotion of Mary Spence to Customer Service Manager, Armor Express is positioned to continue its
record of providing outstanding customer service. “Mary has demonstrated tremendous work ethic, and follow-up.
Her tireless attention to detail has made her a stand-out in the customer service field. I am positive that her
experience and can-do attitude will have a trickle down effect to the rest of our staff. Putting her in this new role will
allow us to continue our growth trend without sacrificing service,” notes Davis. Mary Spence has over 14 years of
experience in body armor.
