POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES. PRIOR TO HIRE, WE ASK ALL PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES TO BE PRE-SCREENED AT OUR
EXPENSE. ADDITIONALLY, DRUG TESTING MAY BE REQUIRED DURING EMPLOYMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR
POLICY.
A POSITIVE TEST RESULT DURING PRE-SCREENING WILL RESULT IN NO FURTHER CONSIDERATION GIVEN TO THE
CANDIDATE FOR EMPLOYMENT. A POSITIVE TEST DURING EMPLOYMENT WILL BE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE STATED POLICY, AND THE CONSEQUENCES MAY INCLUDE DISMISSAL.

SHORTENED STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS PERIOD: IF HIRED, YOU AGREE THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE
IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR EMPLOYMENT OR TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,
ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES RELATING TO WRONGFUL DISCHARGE, EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, SEXUAL
HARASSMENT, DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT BASED ON AGE, RACE, NATIONAL ORIGIN, GENDER, RELIGION,
