At Armor Express, Frank leads the Company’s Fire and EMS sales and business growth initiatives for the United States.

As a highly-experienced sales manager, Frank has spent the last two decades working closely with law enforcement, Fire and EMS communities to ensure their body armor needs are met with the most innovative and safest protective solutions. He is the consummate professional with an outstanding work ethic across operations management, sales & marketing, business development, and strategic planning.

Frank began his impressive career in Law Enforcement Sales in San Diego for one of the largest Uniforms and Equipment retail dealers in Southern California. He quickly gained recognition through his Customer Service and organization of Large Department Programs. With the company growing at a rapid rate and expanding in different markets, Frank created the Internal and Outside Sales Department. Here’s where he spent the last three years of his 13 years in the retail profession, focusing on driving sales through efficient operations and supreme customer service. He managed Sales for all uniformed professionals, including those in the law enforcement, fire, medical, and industrial fields.

In 2012, Frank took up the exciting opportunity with Armor Express to focus on managing sales for the law enforcement market, and for the last five years has shown his acumen for building strategic relationships, successfully securing new business and ensuring the highest quality of customer service across territories such as Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

With a total of 18 years of law enforcement sales experience and a passion for saving lives, Frank brings common goals together in practical form, helping to keep first responders safe from harm’s way.
