Deniese Miranda

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

In her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Deniese leads the development and standardization of all HR processes and procedures at Armor Express’ facilities — Central Lake, Michigan; Eden, North Carolina; and at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. She oversees all employee retention and recruitment initiatives; the implementation of performance standards and review practices; all training, education and career development platforms; and the management of employee benefit and incentive programs.

Deniese brings more than 18 years’ experience in human resources and project management, with a primary focus on employee engagement, change management, compliance, and process transformation. She has extensive global experience and is multi-lingual. A focal point of her career has been to optimize best practices in human resources to create an efficient and positively impactful work environment in today’s digital age.

Before joining Armor Express, Deniese most recently served as SVP of Global Human Resources at ModusLink, a provider of digital and physical supply chain solutions to many of the world’s great brands across various industries. Prior to that, she held a number of senior leadership and human resources positions, including at Point Blank Enterprises, a global supplier of protective solutions and related apparel and accessory products for the Military and First Responders; Global Eagle Enterprises, a provider of media content and satellite connectivity; Navitas, a global for-profit higher education provider; as well as other public and private, consumer products- and services-based organizations.

Deniese has an MBA degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad Metropolitana and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida
