Returns and Alterations


Please ensure you have properly adjusted your carrier vest before requesting a return or alteration. Most Armor Express carriers can be adjusted at the shoulders and waist by 1” or more to ensure a proper fit.

Return and Alteration Authorization Process:

Please fill out the following Return and Alteration Request form. We will review your request to determine if it falls within Armor Express Policy. Approval or denial (with explanation) will be provided by e-mail within 2 business days. The RMA # included must be clearly noted on all paperwork sent with the return shipment.
