RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS POLICY

Please ensure you have properly adjusted your carrier vest before requesting a return or alteration. Most Armor Express carriers can be adjusted at the shoulders and waist by 1” or more to ensure a proper fit.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & ALTERATION RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

  • All sales of custom designed and/or special-order items are final.
  • Items must be returned in “like new” condition with original tags and labels.
  • Items must be postmarked and shipped to Armor Express within thirty (30) calendar days of original invoice date (date shipped to customer from Armor Express).  Customers with a Canadian shipping address must have their items postmarked and shipped to Armor Express within sixty (60) calendar days of original invoice date (date shipped to customer from Armor Express).
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product(s) to Armor Express. Armor Express will cover costs to ship altered and/or replacement product back to customer.
  • Armor Express reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, and alteration requests at our discretion.

CONCEALABLE ARMOR 30-DAY CUSTOM FIT GUARANTEE

Armor Express offers a 30-Day Custom Fit Guarantee on all concealable carrier vests and soft ballistic panels. We will exchange concealable body armor of the same style/part number for a different size free of charge.

If you elected to not be sized by an Armor Express Customer Service team member or a Distributor, and you self-sized your carrier vest and ballistic panels and you need to return your order for alterations, additional fees will apply.

*Customers with a Canadian shipping address are eligible for a 60-Day Custom Fit Guarantee.

CONCEALABLE ARMOR ALTERATIONS
(AFTER 30-DAY CUSTOM FIT GUARANTEE PERIOD EXPIRES)

Customer is responsible for all alteration and/or replacement costs as well as return shipping expenses if the soft armor is not shipped within the original thirty (30) days from the invoice date (ship date from Armor Express).  Alteration fees will be charged upon Customer approval.

Canadian Customers are responsible for all alteration and/or replacement costs as well as return shipping expenses if the soft armor was not shipped within the original sixty (60) days from the invoice date (ship date from Armor Express).  Alteration fees will be charged upon Customer approval.

Soft armor panels that are too large may be trimmed (altered) 1” in length and 1” on each side (for a total of 2” in width) on each panel. Alteration Fee is $50 per panel.

If soft armor panels require alterations above and beyond the scope listed above, new soft armor panels and carrier vest would need to be repurchased at full price.

OUTER/TACTICAL CARRIER VESTS

  • All sales of Outer/Tactical Carrier Vests and accompanying soft body armor are final. Except in instances of Armor Express error, once orders for these items have been accepted by Armor Express, they cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Armor Express will exchange outer/tactical carrier vests and accompanying soft body armor for the same style/part number of a different size free of charge if the armor is postmarked and shipped back to Armor Express within thirty (30) calendar days of the original invoice date (date shipped to customer from Armor Express).
  • Customers with a Canadian shipping address must have their items postmarked and shipped to Armor Express within sixty (60) calendar days of original invoice date (date shipped to customer from Armor Express).

K9 CARRIER VESTS

  • Except in instances of Armor Express error, once orders for these items have been accepted by Armor Express, K9 vests and armor cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

HARD ARMOR (HELMET, HARD PLATES, AND SHIELDS) AND BALLISTIC BLANKETS

  • Except in instances of Armor Express error, once orders for these items have been accepted by Armor Express, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN RMA CLAIM:

To ensure a smooth, swift process of your RMA Claim, please follow the steps outlined below. Failure to follow instructions will result in a significantly extended timeline to process your RMA.

If you have any questions or encounter issues completing the form, please contact Armor Express Customer Service (866) 357-3845, rma@armorexpress.com, or submit a Web Contact Form.

If armor was purchased from an Authorized Armor Express Distributor:

  • Please contact Armor Express Distributor your armor was purchased from. They will submit an RMA claim on your behalf.

If armor was purchased directly from Armor Express:

  • Complete the Armor Express RMA Form in full:
  • An Armor Express Customer Service Representative will review your form submission and either accept your claim or contact you to address any questions.
  • Once your claim is finalized and accepted, Armor Express Customer Service will send Customer an RMA Claim Acceptance Email.
  • Customer ships affected products to the following address for official inspection:

  • Once official inspection is completed, an Armor Express Customer Service Representative will contact you with our findings and discuss options and associated costs (if applicable) to resolve your claim.
